1. RIVER CREE RESORT AND CASINO, AND THEIR DECISIONS ARE FINAL, BINDING AND CONCLUSIVE. RIVER CREE RESORT AND CASINO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE, CHANGE OR CANCEL ANY PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

2. RIVER CREE RESORT AND CASINO CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR NEGLIGENCE THAT MAY ARISE OR OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROMOTION. RIVER CREE RESORT AND CASINO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES FROM USE OF PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.

3. EMPLOYEES OF THE RIVER CREE RESORT & CASINO ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OR WIN PROMOTIONAL DRAWS.

4. PRIZES MUST BE ACCEPTED AS AWARDED AND ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. PRIZES MUST BE COLLECTED IN PERSON WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DRAW. MANAGEMENT WILL MAKE ALL REASONABLE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE WINNERS ON THE NIGHT OF DRAWING.

ELIGIBILITY

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participants do not have to be present to win and will be given 7 days to arrive at the poker room area to claim their prize when called. If winners do not collect the prize by the 7 day period the monies will be put back into the cash vault for the next draw
• Patrons currently deemed ineligible by AGLC and patrons currently banned from the River Cree Resort and Casino are not eligible to win promotional draws and prizes.
• Participants must be registered Players Club members to qualify to win.
• River Cree Resort and Casino is sole judge of entrant eligibility and winner selection.
• Winner must present Players Club card and valid government issued photo identification.
• Acceptable identification includes Driver’s License, Motor Vehicles Identification, Passport, Armed Forces Identification Card, Certificate of Indian Status, Immigrant Authorization or comparable identification from another jurisdiction.
• A photo release must be signed. Winner must acknowledge that their likeness may be used for promotional advertising.

BALLOTS (ELECTRONIC DRAWS)

I. River Cree Resort and Casino has an electronic system (Poker Atlas) for promotional draws that run without printed ballots. Swiping a Players Club card at the poker desk will allow players to activate the ballots available to them electronically.
II. Cut off for earning ballots will be at the time of the draw. Players will earn 10 ballots for each hour played on a poker table
III. One free ballot is available to all Players Club members on the day of the draw. Please visit the Poker Room to obtain your free ballot. (Only one free ballot per Players Club member for the ballot collection period.
IV. Players may only win once for the duration of the promotion. Once a name has been called, their ballots will become void for the duration of this promotion.

DRAW PROCEDURE
I. Prize Draws will occur in Poker room on the last day of the month @ 8PM
II. Selection of winners will be done by the Poker Atlas system and handled electronically.
III. Participants do not have to be present to win
IV. Seven Days will be given to drawn participants to claim their prize. In the event a participant does not claim within the allotted time the prize will be carried over to the next draw cycle

HOW TO PLAY
I. Poker Cash Vault Giveaway is a cash promotion.
II. Five (5) winners will be selected to win cash prizes the day of the draw.
III. Cash Prize: Four (4) $500 cash prizes at 8PM on last day of the month
IV. Must be 18+ and a Players Club member to be eligible to win. River Cree Resort and Casino reserves all rights to change, alter, append, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
V. River Cree Resort and Casino retains the right of absolute discretion to make substitutes of equivalent kind or value in the event of any unavailable prizes.
VI. Prizes are not transferrable, and River Cree Resort and Casino is not liable for prize warranties or defects. Grand Prize may not be exactly as shown in advertisement.
VII. Players are only eligible to win once for the duration of the promotion and must collect their prize personally within 7 days of the draw
