Casino House Rules

General Rules

  • We ID all patrons who appear to be under the age of 30. Valid Government issued ID is required.
  • Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission prohibits the entry of persons under the age of 18.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Electronic devices including cell phones and computers are prohibited at table games.
  • Abusive language and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated.
  • At no time shall any weapon, knife or sharp instrument be allowed at the resort.
  • Dress code in effect, shoes and shirts are mandatory.
  • Cigars, pipes, cigarillos and chewing tobacco are not permitted.
  • Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
  • All bags are subject to inspection for the safety of all guests/staff.
  • Players are only permitted to play one game at a time.
  • Players’ faces must be free of face paint or masks while inside casino. (Current exception for masks due to COVID-19)
  • Authorities will be contacted if children are left unattended on casino property.
  • No outside food or beverage will be allowed in the casino.
  • No pets or animals are allowed in the casino. Unless documentation of service animals can be provided.
  • Authorities will be contacted if patrons are caught destroying or vandalizing casino property.
  • Soliciting other patrons will not be tolerated.
  • All decisions by management are final.

Blackjack House Rules

  • Table limits are posted at each table. Limits are alterable with reasonable notice given.
  • Bets will be placed prior to cards being dealt.
  • At no time is the player permitted to touch the cards or shoe.
  • Partner betting is permitted and must not exceed table maximum.
  • When partner betting the seated player has control of square.
  • Partner betting is not allowed on Lucky Lucky or Perfect Pair side bets.
  • A player may not hit a hard or soft 21.
  • Insurance pays 2 to 1.
  • A natural blackjack takes precedence over a three or more card 21.
  • Cards may not be backed up at any time.
  • Player may play any number of adjacent betting spaces.
  • Players can surrender when dealer has an ace once insurance is settled.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse mid-shoe entry.
  • Surrender is offered at all tables.
  • Only table game chips may be used to wager.
  • Player may only double down on initial two cards.
  • When splitting aces, only one card will be delivered per ace.
  • Two cards constitute a hand.
  • Maximum split of 3 times to create four hands.
  • Players’ bets will be considered no bet when the player leaves the table before hand is completed.

Handheld EZ Baccarat House Rules

  • Table limits are posted at each table as an aggregate amount. Limits are alterable with reasonable notice given.
  • Players are responsible for their own bets.
  • There is no commission required for Banker bets.
  • Dragon Bonus wins when the Banker has a winning, three card hand totaling seven.
  • Panda 8 Bonus is paid when the Player has a winning, three card hand totaling eight.
  • Players must have a wager on the Player or Banker to wager on the Dragon 7 or Panda 8
  • If a wrong draw occurs, the card will be kept in play for the next hand. There will not be any action during play.
  • A player may play up to any number of spaces on the table.

Three Card Poker House Rules

  • A player may exercise control over only one square.
  • Players may not look at their cards until the dealer has received their hand.
  • Players may make the following bets:
    • Pairs Plus
    • Ante Bet
    • Play Bet
  • If a player has an Ante Bet and a Pairs Plus bet they must have a Play Bet or their Ante and Pairs Plus will be forfeit.
  • If any player or the dealer receives an incorrect number of hands, all hands shall be declared void.
  • If any cards leave the table that hand is considered dead.
  • The dealer will qualify with a queen.

Ultimate Texas Hold’em House Rules

  • All Ante and Blind bets must be placed prior to the dealing of any hands.
  • Trips Bonus may only be played when an Ante bet is played.
  • If any player or dealer is dealt an incorrect number of cards, all hands shall be declared void.
  • All bets shall be resolved according to the best five card poker hand compared against the dealer’s five card poker hand.
  • At any time if cards leave the table that hand is considered dead.
  • If a burn card is forgotten, the hand will be played out as is.
  • If any cards are exposed during the deal, all hands are declared dead.
  • If any cards are found face up during the deal, all hands are declared dead.
  • Dealer needs a pair to qualify, if the dealer does not qualify, ante is a push and all other bets receive action.
  • The maximum aggregate payout is $25,000.00 per hand.

Roulette House Rules

  • Money bets will not be accepted.
  • Money can be exchanged for roulette chips and River Cree Casino chips.
  • Casino chips may be used to play inside or outside bets.
  • One player per color.
  • Dealers will place bets as a courtesy. Players are responsible bets are placed correctly.
  • Player must play at least $5 per spin.
  • Roulette chips must remain on the table at all times.
  • No buy-ins once the ball is in motion.
  • It is the players’ responsibility to keep track of their outside bets.

Craps House Rules

  • The dice will be offered to the first player to the left of the stick person and continue in a clockwise rotation.
  • Shooter must make an attempt to hit the opposite wall with both dice.
  • Dice must be kept at eye level when thrown.
  • Player must have action on the previous roll in order to shoot the dice.
  • If a player interferes with the action of the dice during a roll, it will constitute a no roll.
  • Dice landing on top of each other, on the bankroll, bowl, or speed rack will constitute a no roll.
  • Only one player per bankroll.
  • Chips in the player rack are the player’s responsibility.
  • The house reserves the right to refuse the privilege of shooting the dice.
  • Players are responsible for their self-service bets (Pass/Don’t Pass Line, Field and Come/Don’t Come bets).
  • Call bets must be acknowledged with “Bet” or repeated to be deemed acceptable.
  • The house reserves the right to call “No bet”.
  • Hard ways are off on the Come Out roll unless called on.
  • All decisions by management are final.
